PURPOSE: Recycling of on-site accrued wood waste, supplying district heating for Fügen, generation of green electricity and pellets - a highly comfortable and environmental friendly alternative to heating with petroleum - all add up to a common idea: concentrated ecological competence. The necessary cubic capacity is neither hidden nor artificially beautified. Quite the contrary! Next to the abundance of beauty that can be found in the Zillertal's nature and touristic infrastructure, the valley gained an additional attraction in the up-and-coming field of environmental and resource protection. This new complex, the combustion facility BINDER, is meant to attract and arouse.
