The estate was built entirely in solid-construction style (including the prefabricated balconies) and consists of three separate building structures. Each building is topped with a massive flat roof construction with designated parts for roof terraces.
The building complex can be accessed from Fuchsrain through a footpath west of the garage entrance. In between this footpath and the garage entrance lies the waste collection point for the estate, which is covered by a flying roof. A transformer station will be built to the south of the flying roof. The whole building complex features central gas heating and a playground is set at the center of the estate.
